He stayed with the task until he found the receipt so I had the tracking number. Outstanding customer service. What you want in a neighborhood post office. Great and friendly place to do business!”

This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”
“Kudos to the clerk working alone at the post office on West Valley Road this afternoon, Monday, March 30.
She treated each customer with courtesy despite the long lines. Why was she there alone especially when the manager was there and made no offer to help? This post office is always busy and needs at least 2 clerks.”

“I love this location, it’s fast and efficient, if there is a small line it always moves along quickly. In particular there is one worker who is outstanding, always super friendly and helpful. I’m always confident in the handling of my items when I see them working. “Just want to say the employee working on Friday afternoon (May 15th 2026) did a great job. She was dealing with multiple people at once and stayed relaxed and pleasant dealing with things. She also pointed out an error I made addressing my envelope simply because she knew the actual buisness address from memory. She could have just mailed it out or got impatient from the mistake. Multiple times I saw opportunities for her to get annoyed or miserable from customers but didn’t, I appreciate the good work ethic.”

“This post office has excellent customer service. I used to have a PO Box here over 2 years ago, and somebody recently shipped me a package. I called and spoke to a woman named Judy, and she offered to forward the package to me in my new location. Recently, when dealing with the USPS, I've been disappointed at the red tape I've encountered. This office made it easy for me, and cured my anxieties.”
“I misplaced my receipt for a package that should have been delivered overnight. It was delivered a day late. Because I didn’t have the tracking number, I couldn’t get information on where the package was. The post office employee named John went above and beyond to research the package tracking number by searching transactions of all the overnight deliveries from thst office using my sisters address along with the amount I paid, how I paid, the date and time of the transaction! I purposely chose that office out of the 3 I’m my area I could have visited because I have always received pleasant, timely, and expert service! This transaction experience was exceptional! Thank you John for making my day locating the tracking number and information on the delivery. It was a day late but that wasn’t due to John’s efforts! He put it on the truck himself the evening of the day I sent it. I’ll blame it on the gov shutdown!”
“My employer was having issues with getting addresses corrected for all the businesses on our campus. I spoke with Frank, Administrative Supervisor and he was very helpful and had the problem solved with in 24 hours. Frank dispatched Tony, Maintenance, out and he was able to install new mailboxes with the post office locks. Again with 24 hours. Both of these gentlemen were professional and courteous each time I spoke with them.”

“Lived in the area 15-20 years and never had an issue until recently. They put the wrong postage on a soil sample to PSU and it came back RTS. They treated it as first class but should have been parcel. I had no receipt but they made good and I paid only the difference and were apologetic. Does it get crowded, yes. But they all do.”
“I drop off packages here outside of peak hours all the time. I never have any problems and there's usually almost no wait. A year or two ago one of my packages had a weird issue where it kept going back and forth between 2 postal distribution centers. I spoke with the local postmaster, who was very nice and happy to help, and he said he'd look into it. Two days later I had my package.”
