I have learned over time that it can be very helpful getting my car pre-diagnosed by Haines before taking it to a “stealer-ship” and being needlessly upsold when they are not satisfied by merely performing the warranty work. “Michael and his team were incredible. I had an issue on the PA turnpike entrance which damaged my wheel. Got the wheel fixed, but car was undrivable. I needed to get safely home to South Carolina and I needed to get to western PA for a family health issue. I called K&S based on Google reviews and Michael said bring it in right away. He felt he couldn’t get it fixed that AM, so I dropped my car and got a rental car to get to western PA. Within an hour, he called and let me know that I had a damaged tie rod and he needed to order a part so the plan was to have it ready by Wednesday. I feel if no part was needed, it would have been ready that day. I called Tuesday to see if Wednesday was still going to happen as I needed to drive back to Frazier to return rental and head home to SC. Somehow, Michael had gotten the part by Tuesday and his guy was fixing it when he called and it was going to be ready EOD Tuesday. Picked it up first thing Wednesday AM. And the price was 25% of what my mechanic friend in SC estimated. BTW, in case you’re wondering, I have the badly damaged part, so it was real. I am a woman, traveling alone, needing to get safely home from PA to SC. This place not only didn’t take advantage of that, they went out of their way to do excellent work, at a quick pace, for an extremely low rate. If I lived there, I would ALWAYS take my car here. And I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Michael and team!! I am safely home ❤️”
“Took work van too them for inspection, did everything I asked about rotation of tires and got me a new tire I requested. And cleared the break warning light I couldn't get rid of, even after changing breaks and the sensor.”
“My two digit iq self 'skidded' onto a divider hump with a pole sticking out from the ground and sheared the transmission cable housing off my 2002 honda and wasn't able to properly shift into gears. I was told that i needed a whole new transmission by one of my fellows and was offered to have my car to get a new one by couple of people. Search on google and saw mainline. I called them up and was greeted kindly, explained what happened, sent my car there and was told that i only needed a new cover housing and gave me the part number to order. Got the part, they took care of it, car drives like how i got it. They couldve easily ripped me off, but they didn't. Thank you mainline.”

I also recently took my wife's Dodge caliber and they replaced the clutch and fixed a rattle it was making for 7 years that no one could find. So, it's been a while, but I have brought both my vehicles to them. My Focus, which is manual, needed the clutch replaced and possibly the flywheel. They could of replaced both, but Marvin said they were able to clean up the flywheel which saved me money. LOVED LOVED LOVED. That made me go back to them. Fast forward a year and a half from then, 2025, and my Nissans transmission was starting to go. So, I spoke with Marvin and we set up an appointment to get it looked at. End result, the transmission had to be replaced. So I did it. The whole place was professional and they did an amazing job. I will always continue to use them. Thank you Marvin and Aamco Team.
