For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. McKenzies took the project with a solution to replace just 2 parts and initially didn't get it right, but worked until the issue was resolved at no additional cost. Integrity comes to mind when I think about the experience.”

“Our family has had hitches installed at this location many times and they never disappoint. It is decently affordable, all the people working there are friendly with the customers and have a good repour with each other.
With all of the hitches, we've had one for over 5 years now, with it being used for frequent trailer hauling and dealing with rough terrain and it has stood the test of time with minimal rust and no damage. Having one installed today, I was very impressed with the quality of work the gentleman showed, taking his time and making sure the modifications (having to cut the lower part of the bumper for the hitch to clear, as well as the requisite tying into the existing tail light wires for the trailer connector) were clean and basically unnoticeable.
I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and would recommend anyone who needs a hitch installed to use them, as you will be leaving with a quality product and a lifetime warranty to boot.”

“After a terrible experience with AAA subcontractor.Gary towing showed up Sunday ready to go. They looked at vehicle off road and gave a price far less than the towing service from evening before. They accepted payment by credit card. Hooked truck to wench and out came vehicle almost 85 feet. Processed payment, thanked me and down the road. Will use again Mayne dropping AAA after such a negative experience with them and Gary's was so Positive”
“I had the pleasure of dealing with Albert today. My car’s fuel pump went out, and left me on the side of the road. Albert was quick to call and let me know he was on his way. Only waited 10 minutes! The fastest any tow truck drive has ever been. Once he arrived, he was friendly, helpful, and incredibly courteous. He helped me get my vehicle towed to the local garage, and unloaded the car safely and quickly. Albert showed the best of what Criswell’s has to offer. “These guys are GREAT! We drove 2.5 hours to get some interior parts and headlights for our 97 4runner. They had a quick response on fb marketplace. They informed us the parts were still on the vehicle, so we brought our own tools. And honestly, for the price we paid, it was so worth it! Even with what we paid in gas to get there, it was cheaper than buying what we needed from the internet!”
