Honestly I wouldn’t even give this store one star. I went today and went to check out. The lady didn’t even greet me was on her phone as she was scanning my items. Then I needed to load money on my card. Well the girl completely walked away to get her manager and when the manager came to the register they had not a clue how to do it. This store is a joke honestly. It’s a shame how these dollar general people treat customers. I am very disappointed.

Do not recommend going to this location, the white haired lady has an attitude, is rude, and tried to overcharge me, i bought 2 2liters and a candy bar and was told the total was $24.32, i went to the gas station instead

Lady rang me out, I greeted her, she ignored me.Also while shopping some kid, maybe 10 years old told me that they were closing in a few minutes. Not sure what that's about. Their posted close times on here say 10pm. The cashier confirmed this.Store was a mess as usual, but I guess that's expected from DG at this point.I honestly don't think corporate cares. Poor wages, poor service, high prices, but hey... we'll still shop there cause it's... there.

Friday evening; I was planning my backpacking meals for my upcoming trip realizing I needed 'snack' size ziplock baggies! I called the Springdale store, ring several times, & I hung up knowing they are a busy store! Minutes later, they called me apologizing for not getting to the phone on time = GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank YOU Dollar General for GREAT employees!

Dirty store with lazy employees who don't care and don't want to work. Also, they will totally ignore you and talk on their cell phones. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. A few years ago they had a great woman manager (who is now up at Dollar Tree at the Mills Mall) and employees who actually cared and worked. Dollar Tree is a much better place to shop!

My nephew worked here a few weeks before moving and never got his paycheck or direct deposit, have tried calling the store-they don't answer the phone. Manager Deron won't answer his calls or text messages. Don't recommend working here, and wouldn't shop there.

You just may show up at all the doors are locked. if you can keep going the other direction and drive to giant eagle or Walmart.

The employees are usually nice but as seem upset that you're even there. There is never anything on the shelves but they do need help there desperately. It's good for a quick trip if you really need something though.

The manager Tom was very Lazy. I asked him for help and he didnt want to help me at all. I had to complain to the District manager. Hes going to apolgize to me now. !!!!!
