“Bianca helped us quickly and thoroughly, she was so friendly. We were transferring phone data so we took up some time but I could see how quickly the other workers helped get customers in and out. I will absolutely go back to this location.”

“I made an appointment at Best Buy to check on the camera I purchased back in November. I have been having small issues, but because I purchased protection services, I thought I would bring it in. I was greeted by Meron, who was friendly and made sure I was all checked in and that someone who understands cameras came to meet with me. Unfortunately, I had to send my camera away to be fixed, but I was not ready for that, so Meron gave me his card to reach out when I would be able to continue with the service. Everyone was friendly and tried to make sure all my needs were met during my time there.”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

“I enjoy coming to the Springfield location, they have two levels kinda feels like your in a little mall. I noticed they have cheaper prices also compared to the City Ave location. It's always nice to drop in Starbucks for a Chai Latte while shopping. Target never disappoints.”

“This is the best Target in the area to do a return at. Multiple times I've had issues with an online order and they've had no problem figuring it out for me. The other Target in the area won't even try my return if it's a "third party" from their website. Shoutout to Amanda for assisting with no problem and figuring it out! She's great.”

“I was there today 12/11/24 and I was lucky enough to have Marcus help me. Marcus was so knowledgeable and helpful with the information I was giving him as to what I was in for. I wanted to upgrade, get a new flip phone added to my account for my mom and wanted information for a new iWatch as well. He gave me all the comparisons in prices for different scenarios and combinations with the things I needed. Marcus was very professional. THANK YOU MARCUS for your help, YOU ROCK!! Chris”
