In addition, I ran into some kind of metal trash on the Blue Route on the way to the dealership and was scared to death that I had done mega damage to my car. The friendly staff put my mind at ease and made sure that everything was fine on the undercarriage. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable, with various types of reading material, coffee, and snacks.”

“Sales Agent and Sales Manager both were amazing and offered me a great deal. We quickly got the deal done.
But I’m extremely disappointed with the Finance Manager, first he took forever to call us in his office for the paperwork even he didn’t have any other customer in his office. It simply explains that Customers isn’t his top priority. When he called us in his office for paperwork, he took forever to complete it and had me to sign 100s of papers like I’m getting a mortgage. I have purchased many cars in the past but never had to sign these many papers or never had to wait for finance manager to complete the paperwork.
So 5 stars to David (manager) and Kenny (sales agent) and zero star for the Finance Manager.”

“I usually go wherever for routine maintenance, but my 2015 Civic had been running rough for a while. They found problems others had missed or not looked for. It was expensive, but it runs like a newer car again.”
“I absolutely MUST recommend Vince and his team. They were first class from start to finish. My old van (Wanda) I refuse to sell and buy new. Fixing it is cheaper than a car payment! It was making all types of squealing and whirring noises. I also had a broken slider door, which with 4 kids is less than ideal. Honda quoted me $2500 and said it would take them 2 weeks.
Vince had everything taken care of in a day (the door was a fraction of what Honda wanted!) and gave me a loaner to cart my kids to and from sports. I have 2 working doors, zero dashboard lights and no noises!!

“I had a very unique experience where I was driving to the Philadelphia airport and my company truck broke down in the middle of the night. so with living two hours away, I wasn't sure how I was going to get my truck repaired while I was out of the country. I reached out to Reedman Old and was connected with Vince from service. Vince was extremely helpful from the very beginning ,we coordinated together how I would get the truck there from where the truck was parked and went through everything step-by-step that needed to be addressed. Vince committed to having the truck done by a certain date which I was in need of so it would be ready upon my arrival back to the country. Reedman and Vince lived up to their end of the bargain, Once again, Reedman and Vince did an incredible job and I was extremely happy with everything. Thank you for a job. Well done.”
