I come to this location with my client sometimes . Morgan is always the person working we come . Morgan is so COMPASSIONATE and KIND each and every time . She really creates a safe and friendly atmosphere. We need more people like her in the world . Thank you Morgan for being such a kind soul ! You are the reason we visit this location.

A sensor got left on a pair of pajama pants that my daughter purchased so we went to the store to have it removed and spend our Hot Cash. I had the receipt which I showed to the cashier but the employees assumed I stole or was going to steal because they followed me around the store and called security. One of the employees working was the woman who forgot to take off the sensor. Completely disrespectful since they made the mistake. I don't know if this woman is a manager, but I've noticed that every time we come into the store she is sitting in a chair, not doing anything and when the line gets long she doesn't even leave her chair to come to assist the cashier. I have found her extremely unpleasant before when I asked her to assist by taking down a bag off the wall. I'm spending money in your store, I always round up to donate and I even come back to use Hot Cash. Had every intention of making a purchase today but since I was followed/watched by employees and had security called on me, I don't think we'll be shopping in store anytime soon. I miss the Granite Run Mall Hot Topic.

The manager at this store was so unpleasant. She was rude and extremely patronizing. I had an issue with a transaction and she was very rude both over the phone and in person. The associates were very rude, but the manager was awful.

I went to the store and want to use my 5 dollar birthday reward. So i grab something that is around 5.90. And the lady in the store told me I couldn't use the 5 dollar reward because it's less than 10 dollars. That's a lie because reward.points, and no where does it said on the terms and conditions that the amount needs to be 10 dollar or greater. Not sure why she felt the need to lie.

I would not recommend working at this location, because they will fire you for being sick. They fired me, because I notified them that I was not feeling well enough to be able to work today (11/24/23) and they never told me ahead of time that black Friday was a mandatory shift. I did not want to risk getting other employees as well as customers sick. They lost me as a customer as well and I will be notifying every single person I know not to shop or work at this location. You can best believe I have already contacted HR and something will be done about this wrongful termination.

I had a sweatshirt i wanted to exchange for size from another store. They didn't have it in stock, so they offered to order it for me. We went back to the original store, but I really appreciated the customer service.
