This Hot Topic location provides a safe and friendly atmosphere with compassionate and kind staff who are very helpful. The customer service is appreciated, with staff willing to assist with orders. The store has everything one might look for, including clothes, Funko Pops, and pins, though some note the selection seems less full than before. The associates are nice and create a fun, engaging experience that customers enjoy.
