“I'm writing an actual review here.
Stayed for 3 nights and was a bit worried about seeing other reviews about sanitation. However, despite some scratches, cracks, chipping and some wall stuff missing, overall good value.
Hot water works super well.
Staff at the front was very, very chill.
Good area overall.
Would recommend getting better blinds though.
Especially was extremely relieved that there was no bed bugs or any critters whatsoever.
Price per night is good overall here, I would stay here again.”

“Our stay here was beautiful! Beautiful scenery with the rustic mixed with modern build and design. My room was also wonderful, spacious, with many amenities and everything worked just fine. The breakfast could have a bit more variety but it was free and the pool makes up for it. Restaurants, walkable paths, free parking, complimentary wine for the birthday visit(although they forgot it at first after I called) but nonetheless we received it and all was well.”

“We had an excellent experience here. Thaddeus, on reception when we arrived, was courteous and friendly. Ben, at the omelet station, was friendly and welcoming--and made a great omelet! The room was clean and comfortable, the grandkids enjoyed the pool, and the location is great--out of the city, but not too far. We will definitely stay here again.”
“Business lunch, the room was beautiful and the food and service great. The view is spectacular!
I am giving four stars because it is very difficult to get from the parking lot to the main door if you do not get dropped off. There are so many steps and if you have any difficulty walking, it is very very challenging. It also happened to be incredibly windy that day, and it was not pleasant. Get dropped off if you can at the door.”
“First time staying here and will definitely go back since we have a family member attending UPenn. The service of all the staff (front desk, door, restaurant, housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, very clean and neat. The furnishing is kept well with no visible damages. The "living room" is such a great idea. Overall, recommend.”
“Have been trying out hotels in this area because my daughter goes to a college close by. Marriott Philadelphia West is conveniently location close to the highway and an across Wawa’s and 2 gas stations. It’s also close to a lot of great restaurants and ths King of Prussia Mall Check in was easy, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, double beds were comfortable. I didn’t hear a lot of noise even if there were wedding parties and a Bar Mitzvah happening this weekend.
I particularly enjoyed my time at the Legend’s Restaurant and Bar because of Anna the bartender. She provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.”
“What a jewel! This was our first, though certainly not our last visit to this property. We were there for a family celebration, and everything came off without a hitch.
The grounds are beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. It was a great to sit on my balcony in the morning, listening to birds and watch deer walk slowly by.”

“Big shout out to “Jackie”! The woman at the front desks who actually took the time for customer service unlike the man who checked us in on 2/18/24 @ 3:49 pm. Didn’t get his name. We handed him our REV-1220 form for PA tax exemption he didn’t even read it and said we don’t exempt you for sales tax! We explained it was a federal form for Occupancy tax whereupon he waved it around and handed it back and said we don’t do that. We approached Jackie the next day with the form, who read it and said let me see what I can do. Simple. We checked out and were exempt from Occupancy tax just like that. Thank you Jackie for taking the time! We were on the garden floor, it was quiet and clean. Thanks to Jackie we’ll come back again! That’s who the 5 stars are for.”

“We stayed here for one night while visiting local colleges. Jamal allowed my wife an early check in to catch-up on much needed rest while we toured schools. Rooms are great with all you need for a simple, convenient and restful stay. Entire staff were warm, unpretentious and happy to accommodate. Morning coffee in lobby was A+”

“I can’t say enough good things about this Marriott and about their front desk staff, specifically Abraham. I came in very late at night for a short stay before an early flight with my mother and he took better care of us than I’ve ever experienced in one time as Bonvoy members. My mother is a titanium elite member and her mother (my grandmother) was a Marriott concierge in Washington, DC for most of my life. It is this level of detail, care, and service that Marriott has always aimed to provide its guests, and Abraham truly exhibited that. Thank you so much for everything.”

“Stayed here for a friend's wedding, room was nice, comfy big bed lots of outlets drawers counter space nice bathroom, chair/daybed big flat screen, actually working and fast courtesy Internet and working climate control spacious rooms.I've stayed at a lot of hotels and what set this apart was the front desk person I think her name was Sheila. She went above and beyond multiple times. Checked us in fast and smoothed out our stay multiple times being kind generous and sweet. Sheila truly was exceptional, beds and sheets more comfortable than most,Wawa being basically 150 feet away makes for added convenience.Thanks again to Sheila!!!”

“This hotel is located in a very convenient area. It’s close enough to main roads and highways but far enough away from busy traffic making it a quiet location and easy to travel. Upon arrival it was extremely easy to check into our room and took less than 5 minutes which was appreciated. Our room did have a funny smell to it though when we got there. I believe it was from the air conditioner. It smelled kind of musty. The room itself was mostly clean. I did notice a few small black stains on the bed sheets but nothing that raised too much concern. The bed was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was small (not an issue for us but in case you were wondering). Water pressure from the shower was great, same goes for the sink. The rest of the room was clean. We had a nice view of the delaware river as well which was nice. Only other downside was that some things in the room seemed a little outdated. The tub seemed like it could be redone as it seemed old. The desk in the room was a little outdated as well and the carpet seemed worn and old too. But clean nonetheless! I also believe that the price was a little high for this hotel but I think that’s just because of the area of staying near philly. Customer service was great. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you need to use the airport.”

“The price was right for this place. Was skeptical in the beginning. Appearance wasn't modern on the outside and the TV was small in the room, probably 40 inch. I didn't watch TV though, so I didn't mind and it would've fit the need. Room was clean, well stocked and all of the staff were fantastic. I've stayed in better hotels, bit I liked this place and will stay there again when I go back. The bar was ok, no beers on tap, bit bottles, cans and liquor. No included breakfast, but it was ok because I ate out. I was shuttled to and from the airport. It was a good experience at this hotel.”

“The best part of our stay was Kimani!!! She was Amazing when we made our reservation and even better when we checked in. Her customer service was second to none. We stayed in room 433 and it was great. All areas of the room was clean. Our room was cleaned daily except frlor the night before we checked out. We didn't have to ask for it like the information stated. They did it automatically!!!!!!

“I absolutely loved this hotel!!! Breakfast was amazing!!! The first room they gave us was not ready. Went back down, they apologized profusely, got us a different room and it was perfect!!! We booked 3 rooms in total. Def worth every penny!!! We were very well taken care of!! This is the hotel I'll stay at every time I come to Philly!!!
The only reason I didn't rate them a 5 is because the shower in my room the Hot water wouldn't get all the way HOT!!! It was luke warm. My daughter is like turn the handle all the way. I'm like I did. The handle was broke wouldn't go all the way to Hot!!!!”

“My cousin wanted to spend our honey moon here after our wedding. Bugs were friendly unlike what some customers wrote. Stewart Little visited us. Smell of cigars and cigarettes reminded us of our home back in WV.
Staff was straight Philly cheese steak smooth. Great for families that love pets because they will enjoy the critters as much as we did. Will come back when I marry my

“I very much appreciate their Level 2 Electric Car Chargers. I live in the Delaware Valley and when in DelCo and passing by I visit there sometimes after taking an elderly friend to the grocery store.There is a Tesla and a J-1772 chargers available for guests or residents needing a charge.”
