Philly Inn & Suites is a budget-friendly and affordable hotel noted for its exceptionally clean, colorful, and welcoming environment. The staff are pleasant, helpful, friendly, professional, and awesome, making things go smoothly. Its location is easy to find, central, and near the inner city on the edge of Belmont Park. However, the front desk clerk is rarely there, causing waits, and the parking garage can be disgusting with a gate that sometimes does not work. Noise from landscapers and other doors can be heard. Many guests love staying and highly recommend it.

One elevator worked. Parking was strange. Parking garage, have to see it to understand it. One ice machine lobby. No vending machine. No room service if you do not ask. No door hangers. Over all, it was ok. I would stay again due to location. Front desk guy was really nice.

I have to say that we had a great experience at Philly Inn with Danny who helped us from the check in and check out process. He was phenomenal and has the best customer service. Would highly recommend and ask for him.
