I went to Macy's for some cologne and Ghenet was so helpful. She's a super sales agent who knows her turf. Got me buying more than I planned🤣🤣 but im glad I did though.

Customer service is no longer what it use to be. I went in today to return a gift and to purchase something else instead. The 2 girls working in the department were to busy complaining about their job to truly help. I guess this is just another example of todays world

Disgusting. The entrance has peeling and Rusty paint before you walk in the store. That should have been a sign. There are clothes everywhere on the floor, piles and piles of clothes. Makes it almost impossible to shop. Very sad, this used to be a nice store.
Do better Macy's in Springfield PA!
