“We have been ATT customers with Firstnet for a couple years. Our bill for October came and for TWO PHONES was $800?! Absurd! We wanted to switch phone providers and went to Verizon. Our customer service rep who helped us (We went roughly 6-6:30p yesterday 10/18) was phenomenal. She helped us customize our plan and with the first responder discount. We were there for roughly 1-2 hours. But that’s because we made the switch and transferred everything! She was so polite and got us set up with the 16 plus and 16 pro! Our bill is less than 3/4 from what we were paying with ATT. She went over our bill in detail! (Which most NEVER DO) and was so patient with us! I cannot express the great atmosphere she brought and her friendly demeanor! We’re glad we made the Verizon switch and honestly love our phones! Never going to any phone provider! This store is VERY well kept and clean and we had a 9m old baby which all the staff loved! We felt so welcomed especially with a baby who is very vocal. We weren’t pushed away, not attended to. Nothing! She kept checking in on us when our data was transferring to make sure we were ok! I absolutely cannot express how our service was. 5 stars is not enough!!”
