“Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful. Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location. Thank you for the great service Springfield!”

“I was amazed at how kind, thoughtful and masterful this team was. I wanted to print almost 2-dozen copies of children’s artwork as a class keepsake, and everyone was extremely patient in reviewing the options with me, helping me strategize how to get the best product within budget, and communicating about quality concerns (I didn’t think about the fact that light-colored crayons and pencils wouldn’t copy well — I received a phone call immediately about this and we figured out a great work-around. I was shown proofs at this time to make sure everything was going to print as clearly and neatly as possible.) I definitely did not appreciate all of the nuances involved with this last-minute idea of a printing project, and the lovely team at Fed Ex was so patient and kind with every aspect of the process. Can’t recommend highly enough. (Obviously it’s also a great place to ship things, but I’ve never needed the hand-holding on that end. Overall, it’s just a great place to work with.”

“Great experience today at this post office. I had two large packages I needed to ship and the young black woman (sorry didn’t get her name, but she had a short bob cut) at the front counter was extremely helpful, as was her two colleagues. I always get anxiety going to the post office for some reason, lol, but they calmed me down. They packed everything for me and provided me with the necessary tracking info. Great customer service!”
