This is a review post. It might be LONG… BUT PLEASE READ!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I dropped my laptop off on October 16 to get the screen fixed. I was told the repair would take 5–7 days — their exact words. Instead, I didn’t get my laptop back until the end of December, and it was STILL unfixed.
There was zero communication unless I called first, and even then, my calls were rarely answered. I’m pretty sure my name popped up when I called because they almost never picked up.
Every time I did get through, there was a new excuse. First, I was told the screen color wasn’t in stock. I told them I didn’t care, especially since the Apple logo wouldn’t be back on anyway. I didn’t understand why they had to take the entire laptop apart just to replace a screen, but I’m not the expert, so I trusted them.
Two weeks later, I called again and was told their system was down and all the “notes” for my laptop had been deleted — which made absolutely no sense since they still knew exactly who they were talking to.
Another two weeks passed, and I stopped in for a status update. They couldn’t give me one because the person fixing my laptop wasn’t there, but I was told someone would call me later that day. That never happened.
I called again a week later — no response. When I finally got through again, I was told they were waiting on management approval for my screen because it wasn’t in stock. This was never mentioned during any of my previous calls.
When I went back in and requested my laptop, I was told it was already in pieces because they supposedly left me a long voicemail two weeks earlier and were waiting for me to respond. I never received that voicemail. What makes this worse is that during those two weeks, I had called and physically stopped in multiple times, and none of this was ever mentioned.
The woman at the front desk couldn’t give me any answers, walked away from me, and brought someone else over who also provided no real help. I was then told it would take two more days to fix the laptop.
I eventually took the corporate number, which helped a little — but even then, I had to reach out more than once because what corporate told me and what the store told me were completely different things.
What upset me the most is that after having my laptop for almost three months, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to simply fix it as a “my bad” after all that time. My laptop was still unfixed, and they couldn’t even just take accountability and repair it after holding it for months. Instead, they handed it back to me like I was bothering them.
To make matters worse, my laptop was returned unfixed and DIRTY — with food stains and unnecessary fingerprint marks all over it.
They couldn’t give me a manager to speak with and barely offered any help at all. I am extremely unsatisfied with this experience. If I could shut this place down, I honestly would.

I brought my phone in to get the charging port cleaned. It was done in 10 minutes! Great friendly service.

Said service for ps5 hdmi port repair would be 1-2 days, even said would try for same day, I called back the following day to check on status and was told minimum 5-7 days. I can respect having to wait but that’s a big jump - the woman I spoke with originally knew I had insurance but was paying out of pocket for convenience. I ended up picking it up and taking to a repair shop and got back within a few hours. I got a better price too.

Told me my phone was repaired and it would only be a few more minutes since they had a problem with the 'qr code' for the part but that the repair was done. I guess they were completely making that up, as when I came back to get it, I was told 'oops we actually broke the screen so we have to order a new one because this totally just happened in the last 10 minutes' Why does a simple phone screen repair take 3 days and 4 people? This is the second time I have had such an experience and this location and another location. Never mind the fact that the screen failed from a shoddy repair that was done only a few weeks earlier.

Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.They fixed my charging port in about 15 mins for me. I watched them help an 80 year old guy recover multiple accounts on his phone that he said he was trying to do for 4 days. They were patient and made his day. Take all your broken stuff here.

My iPhone wasn’t working when plugged in and the woman behind the counter when to the back and 2 minutes later found an old charger in the port and fixed it without charge and I still offered to pay still and it’s nice to know there are still good company’s out there definitely will use them again!

Said they needed to order a part and would call me when it arrived. It's been a month, no one answers the phone when I call either. Maybe they're great at fixing phones, but I wouldn't know!

Apparently not open Sundays? Even though Google and the front door show Sunday hours there's no one there.
