This was just a phone call. There is a line down in my yard. PECO came out and said it was a Verizon line. Verizon's phone service said it was a Comcast line. But nobody told that to the Verizon guys who came out. So they still wanted me to rate them on how well they did, when they didn't do anything. Nothing good, nothing bad. It was weird.

If there was 0/5 this store earned it! Just wasted over 45 minutes getting transferred to this locations number (finally...I spoke to 3 representatives and waited for majority of the time). The MINUTE the phone stopped ringing, I assumed a store employee finally was going to answer (phone rang for 5+ minutes). However, they simply proceeded to hangup the call. What a joke. Now I either begin another 45 minute process to be hung-up on or simply never go near this place again (this seems like a better option)

absolutely the worst customer service in any commercial setting!!! i had a big problem with my verizon service and i naturally assumed going to the closest verizon store for help. i walked in early in the day and was helped by a staff person . however things did not work out with just calling the 800 number and did not resolve my problem. i was told by the verizon call center my problem would be resolved in 4 hours but never heard back after wasting my afternoon waiting for the phone call. so, i decided to go back to the store and i walked in and asked the general manger charlie for desperate help. this was a business number and calls from my clients did ot go thru. charlies response was "sorry," there is no time for help because its 20 minutes from closing time. i said, well, i need help!! still charlie refused to do anything. i insisted and he finally goes to a phone to call the 800 number. he had zero know how on what to do in my situation and this guy is the general manager??meanwhile , steve steps in and i and says there is no time for help and i explain my situation is dire and lets at least try! still he is giving a hard time. finally i say" isn't it reasonable common sense to visit the verizon store if i have a problem?" and his most non professional and totally disrespectful excuse is to say "WE ARE HERE TO ONLY SELL PHONES!!!" i was flabbergasted!!! then charlie comes back and says " i cant get anyone because they close at 5,00 pm". this is false i later found out. the call center works until 11 pm. total fabrication. again this is supposed to be a general manager, not a new hire or inexperienced person. charlie was just plain unsympethic to my problem. i recieved zero respect and 100% abuse from general manager "charlie" and a flunky named "steve". these people have no business being near customers. they obviously have no regard for a customers CALL FOR HELP. then, these two stooges summon the security guard who forced me to walk out of the store. this action was 100% an affront to my human dignity . i did not curse or act in a threatening manner. i simply expected to be treated as a loyal customer for at least 3 decades to verizon. if a verizon executive from corporate. is reading this, these imo, if there was anybody who needed to be replaced is these two bozos names charlie and steve. (they refused to give me last names) they deserve no stars. i dont even think retraning would do any good, i wonder whose toilet did they have to clean in order to get jobs at verizon. these guys have the wrong attitude and bad karma. SURELY AS THERE IS A ROUND EARTH, THEY MUST HAVE VOTED FOR BIDEN. STAY AWAY!!!

These people have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I finally gave up after going to this branch 7x to upgrade my cell phone. I had to call customer service to do this instead. Customer service even confirmed that what the branch told me makes no sense. Terrible at what they do. Save your time and effort and don't come to this branch.

Went into this store with a simple problem couldn't connect to the internet . got checked in , with only one person ahead of me . waited 1/2 hour while everyone that was being waited on was bullshitting with the customer service reps , I understand about getting to know your customers but when your showing pictures of your dog and family and talking about buying concert tickets . thats not taking into account other people that are waiting . I was with another lady who was behind me and she was even more upset than I was . these people must get paid by the hour and could not care about customer service . when I asked how long it was going to be the one guy said it takes as long as it takes . not in a min. or 5 min but when ever I get to you !!!! this place sucks ass if I could have given it no stars I WOULD HAVE . NOT TILL I STARTED GETTING MMAD DID EVERYONE START TO GET UP TO KICK ME OUT OF THE STORE

UNBELIEVABLE is the only word I have. As if the shady sales person I spoke to on the phone when signing up to become a new customer wasn't enough of a red flag, when I went to the store to complete the on boarding process I encountered very rude and unptofessional staff and a customer who was irate. No Thanks!!! Good thing I decided to walk out.

I feel the negative comments for this location after my experience it's depend on the Rep who you working with I had very worst experience in this location with one of the employee but on my second visit I spoke to store Manager Derek he understood right way and did his best to resolve the issue I had.. He is great guy one of the best you don't see people like him in especially in sales store where just every one wants you to buy..Derek took his own time to make sure what ever he is doing it was in my favor.. Not lying I was impressed and that is way here I am writing 5 star review for him.. if you need good service and wats to buy new phone go see Derek on this location.

Well. My bill never went below $350 For four phones. I had to start eliminating things to keep my bill down. After Covid I noticed customer support was down and the weights for much much longer. So I decided to switch carriers and I am now down to under $200. I tried to get in touch with Verizon and they had immediately closed all access to my accounts but what they did not tell me was they were going to take $659 right from my account without my permission weeks later. I would like a propped bill. Taking money from a closed account is stealing.

I must admit, going to a Verizon store is one of the most dreaded repeated experiences in my life. I feel like I've never been able to leave in less than 2 hours. I stopped purchasing my phones at Verizon and started buying them directly from Apple years ago for this exact reason. That being said, when my iPhone started having issues that Apple Care couldn't solve, I cringed when they told me I HAD to go to Verizon to have them look at it. What??? Go to Verizon??? During Covid??? NOOOOOO! What did I do to deserve this?!?!?! After realizing the pretty new location right on our corner is (ALREADY) closed, I set out for this location. I realized it's been so long since I've been here that it's not even in the same spot anymore! So I redirected myself to their new spot. It was around 5:30 on a Thursday evening and I was absolutely expecting the worst experience. I was SHOCKED when I walked in to an almost empty store and a friendly man that smiled and greeted me. I actually looked at him with a confused look and asked what the process was and if he was just the person that was going to check me in and tell me to wait. To my surprise, he told me no...that he would be the one helping me. I am not even trying to be funny...I truly could NOT believe that I was getting instant service like this. I really wish I could remember his name because his customer service was excellent. He was kind, friendly, patient, professional and knowledgable. He switched out my sim card for me and rebooted my phone. We gave it a little bit of extra time to see if it was just taking a little longer to connect. It was a no go. Unfortunately, my problem could not be solved at Verizon. He redirected me to Apple. He explained the problem with my iPhone and gave me a very fitting analogy about why it was an Apple problem versus a Verizon problem. (I had to go back to Apple and he was, indeed, correct). I asked him if it was always this empty in the store and explained how my previous experiences at this location were all horrendous and that I was fully expecting the worst when I ventured out on this day. He told me that it ebbs and flows but that covid has actually helped it to be less crowded because people now have more options with curbside pickup, etc. The whole visit was about 30 minutes total. Maybe less. It truly wasn't long at all. I did need my ID to verify my account so be sure to bring yours! They can't help you otherwise. Covid protocol: The store itself was bright and spacious and seemed very clean. There were a few other people in the store at the same time as me and several other Verizon representatives. Everyone was wearing masks and we were all extremely distanced from each other. There was plexiglass up between the representative and I so we weren't speaking directly towards each other. There was hand sanitizer set up at my station (and throughout the store). I see that they have gotten dragged for a while on here. I would have fully agreed in the past. This was by far the best Verizon customer service experience that I have ever had. Based on this experience, I would recommend this location for your Verizon needs. Hopefully they've improved over time and other people will have the same positive customer service that I had. I will say the other people in the store at the same time as me were all exchanging positive vibes with each other as well so it seemed as though they were also having a positive experience at the store. They were both making purchases versus me being there for a tech issue. Shout out to the guy that helped me. I wish I remembered your name but you made this a painless process for me (other than my broken phone) and I thank you!

Worst experience ever. I will not be back after my commitment is fulfilled. I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years, and anytime I need to get a new phone or make a purchase I dread seeing these people. I decline insurance, doesn't matter, you're getting it. Hopefully you catch it when the bills roll in. People are rude, I will be taking business elsewhere as a direct result of the bad interactions here.

I ordered a new iPhone XR on line. The rep told me they were running a promotion where i would receive $200 for my trade in, but I had to handle that in the store. I took a screen shot of the conversation so that I would have it for proof. I went to the store on Sproul Rd. and when they checked in my phone, it came up as an $84 credit. I explained what the representative said on line and the person helping me went to get someone else. The next person said there was a glitch they were having in the system and she would put the paperwork through to get me the $200. She sent me the $84 gift card, but said not to use it. A week later I got an email from Verizon saying congratulations on your new iPhone 7. That was the phone I turned in, so I called to see what was going on. The rep said she didn't know why I got that email, but saw the paperwork for the $200. I waited another week and when I still hadn't received it, I called again. The next rep said they saw nothing about a $200 credit/gift card on my account. They conferenced in the store and I was told the $200 was only if you bought an iPhone 11. This was the first time anyone told me that and all the previous reps knew what phone I purchased. I asked for the manager and he said there was nothing he could do, unless I wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 11. I said that was ridiculous because it would increase my bill and I was told by 3 other reps, including 1 in his store that I would receive the $200 for the phone I purchased and my trade in. I told him it was awful customer service to not honor what 3 reps told me I'd be receiving and he just told me there was nothing he could do. I will never go to this store again and will drop Verizon as soon as I can.
