They can never assist you with any request. Instead they just tell you it's not their fault. Then you're pretty much left to figure it out on your own by calling the wells Fargo customer service line and spend 30min to an hour for them to help you. This is by far the worst branch I've ever used.

I like wells Fargo Bank ,it is very convenient bank !The banker is very nice!
