“Wow that's about all I can say I've been in used car lots and been jumped on less I think they work on commission there went in to ask about CDs and was attacked. I needed a big stick to beat them off it was absolutely unbelievable. All the way to the door they were still badgering me it was like I had money hanging out of my ears. Of course but what I expect from Wells Fargo I should have knew better than to go in there but I thought they had good deals for a CDs”

“I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. She even made a joke at the end of the transaction (not about the transaction, something else). I appreciated the professionalism and making me feel comfortable.”
