I went into a branch in Springfield, PA branch on Baltimore Pike. I waited in line for a teller with 2 other people. 1 before me and 1 after me. The person behind me was loudly complaining about how slow the service is all the time and how bad of a service the branch gives consistently. This was my first time in this branch. Some employees came from the back to assist the teller. One guy attended to the lady in front of me and a lady (maybe assistant branch manager) assisted the guy behind me. After quickly resolving his issue she came to me and I explained that I just need to deposit a cashiers check into an account. She immediately start questioning my relationship to the person, said it was not possible and my request cannot be done!!! Since I had a lot to do and I saw that there was no reasoning with her, I left. I went to another branch the next morning and my check was deposited in 2min. No issues and great attitude. I have no idea why she was so unwilling to assist. Was it her bias, her unprofessional behavior, her lack of knowledges - I don’t know!

I needed to close some accounts and update things after my husband passed away. Ms. Bose the new manager helped me through the entire process very kindly and efficiently. She's a very competent lady and definitely an asset to the branch.

There were two tellers and one banker in the bank when I came in to renew my CD, I but I couldn’t get it done because I was told that I need to make an appointment to do that.

This is our first time in USA to open account we were confused. We had no knowledge how to open account, and then we went to this location and the manager Priti boss help us out in a Tremendous way, she made everything easy for us.
She was very helpful. five star for the Manager.

The customer service in this location is unacceptable. Went in to open accounts for my children & was seen but not acknowledged by not 1 , not 2 but 3 tellers & looked over by a bank manager considering the slow traffic (2 customers) in the WHOLE building was very frustrating & discouraging about moving forward. I walked out, unfortunately this has not been my first experience with them but the last. Wonder , if I was white ......

The banker are not helpful whatsoever - it’s like they don’t even care about their customers. Wells Fargo is so horrible. The lady just gave an attitude. That was the only help.

The bank should be ashamed of management and tellers at this site. Could not even Deposit $1100 of savings bonds . Had to leave and go to the lansdowne office. Teller couldnt figure it out and the manager standing behind her never even tried to help. Was too busy talking to the other 2 girls that were doing nothing. Customer courtesy? Hahaha. This branch as the reviews indicate should be closed. By the way 3rd bad experience there. Apparently no one at wells fargo cares. Highly recommend going to another bank if ur in springfield.

Worst branch on the planet. Sitting in a drive through line for an obscene length of time and the bank won't let anyone inside. Obviously not enough people working inside or they are utterly incompetent. I should have driven the extra 15 minutes to Media.

The branch not open due to covid... only wells branch that I have been too not open. Drive thru SUPER SLOW. took 7 minutes to send me a withdrawal slip!!! Will never come to this branch again!!!

I was at the drive thru so when I proceed to where you send your deposits the light was green than the teller sent me around when I asked her why she said the line is close where costumer service is too poor by the is my first and my last time I visited this branch
