Over all I love living at BCC! Any issues my roommate and I had were fixed super quickly and with ease. Ellie and Mae are both amazing people that always ensure living in college town will be as comfortable as possible!

Great place to live, chose to resign leases as long as I could. The staff is great, so nice and helpful. Also the dog friendly apartments means we get to see so many dogs every day!! Would reccomend (and have reccomened) to friends.

Super nice apartments, everyone is so friendly. The units are well kept and maintained. Ellie Dunn the property manager is great and extremely helpful with any questions and concerns you may have. Also blue course partners with PAWS and allows for fostering animals which we took part in and it has been truly an amazing...
