Excellent experience living here. Walkable to campus. Great management and communication. Reasonable prices. Very clean. Elevators. Nothing fancy. Covered parking available for extra fee. Occasional raffles and food trucks in the early morning hours on weekends.

Amazing and clean!!! The janitor is always does a great job!!!! Give that man a raise asap!!

Been living here for two years now. It's become a home away from home and Calder is a place I can feel truly warm and safe. I am so grateful for living here. We did have black mold in the showers and under the beds, but it was resolved. I wish the laundry was free. Calder forever!
