“I moved into the Meridian on Thursday for my junior year. Overall I love it, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The hallways are very echoey and you can hear everything if you don't have an AC on. Other than that, I have no complains for sure.”

“Jeremy and Zach are the greatest maintenance men of all time! I got a flat tire and they so generously asked if I needed assistance. They went above and beyond, changing the tire for me and putting air in it. So thankful for their help!”

“This place is old and overpriced like the rest of the state college. I absolutely hated paying for my rent via check because there was no online portal. The apartments though are HUGE and the hardwood flooring is beautiful. Everyone complimented it. My biggest gripe was having to pay more for two air conditioners. Having just one in the living room never EVER cooled the bedroom. The staff was fine to work with and the maintenance people were lightning fast. Sometimes I'd call and they would come in literally 15 minutes. They were also very sweet and personable. Especially the two that always came to my place (sorry forget their names but they were super sweet to my dog). The moving out procedure was absolutely fine and I saw no bogus charges on my deposit. I was actually very pleased with the whole moving out situation. Overall, I'd live there again but the price really should be less because it's so dated.”
