Tried calling multiple times and gets rerouted through the responses. Can’t connect with anyone through the automated machine.

The car was clean and ready for my pick up time. The vehicle handled poorly on the drive home from the airport. Later when checking, the cold tire pressure was 4 psi higher on each tire than factory recommended 36psi. Driving it had been like steering on ice. I reduced the tire pressures to 36 psi and it drove safely from there on. Unfortunately, this is not unusual to have over inflated tires on Enterprise rentals so I carry a tire pressure gauge on business trips so I can adjust pressures at Enterprise locations at my arriving airports.I shouldn't have to do this, but there is a reason that the manufacturer recommends a tire pressure.-Chris

Typical rental experience. Neither good nor bad. Short lines, but that is to be expected for such a small airport.

I arrived and was told that the car I booked was not available. I was then offered a different car but only if I paid additional $$.

Excellent and friendly service. The representative, Steven, helped me tremendously to get the car I needed for the time I required it. I'll rent from this Enterprise location again.

I wouldn't recommend!!There prices are absolutely ridiculous ? ? and they obviously don't realize if you don't have rental coverage on your insurance plan your paying that ungodly amount of money out of your own pocket...I will definitely take my business to someone that doesn't rake me over the coals...?

I've rented through Enterprise many times. Always had good experience through the other State College location. Last time renting I had to go through this location. This was the WORST car rental experience I've ever had. When I picked up the SUV it was about 15 min. past my reservation time before I even saw an employee, a bit concerning. I barley drove the SUV by the time we pulled onto the highway the next morning to start our trip. Immediately after getting up to speed I heard a noise and had to pull off to the side for a flat tire. I called Enterprise so I'd handle the situation how they wanted. I was told sending a tow truck might cost money but I knew I couldn't change the tire on the huge SUV myself especially along the edge of a highway with little children in the car. The tow truck driver said the spare tire was a different size than the tires on the SUV and said I should I return the vehicle for a different one due to the drive we were taking. I took the vehicle back to this enterprise location and explained the situation to the employee. He said the vehicle I had rented had just been serviced, due to that I would be at fault for the flat tire and have to pay for it. The airport this enterprise is located in was heavily under construction during the time I rented this vehicle, construction work was going on all around the parking lot where the SUV was when I picked it up. A screw was the cause of the flat, it could have easily imbedded itself in the tire right there in that parking lot. I had driven the car under 20 miles and just got on the highway for the first time when the tire went flat. Putting the entire blame on me considering the environment the car was being kept in did NOT seem appropriate. The employee also questioned why I didn't have the tow truck driver patch the tire as it would have been cheaper and he also questioned why we didn't just take the SUV to our destination with the spare tire. I told him I had done what the enterprise worker had suggested over the phone and what the tow truck driver told me when he saw the tires were different sizes. It didn't seem like the employee's behavior was appropriate instead he came off rude, ready to point blame at the customer, and judgmental towards how I handled the situation. Getting a flat tire was terrifying in a rental car but these things happen and if it would have ended there either because the spare tire was a matching tire that allowed us to get right back on the road or through good customer service making a vehicle exchange I may have beamed about how great the customer service was when I had car troubles but things didn't go smoothly. The employee's attitude about the situation, pointing blame and adding charges to my bill added to what was already a stressful experience. Due to how long the tire change and vehicle exchange took we went from being scheduled to arrive a few hours early to missing the entire family function we rented the car for in the first place. We even spoke to the employee about how we were going to be late or entirely miss our event to which he had nothing to say. I felt ridiculous switching vehicles and trying to drive to our destination by the time he finally exchanged our SUV. I was very tempted to end my car rental right there after speaking to the employee. I didn't want to be at fault for anymore flat tires or anything which I was now terrified I'd get again seeing as how my day was going. We felt horrible for missing the family event and meanwhile I was charged full price for the car rental plus the expense of a new tire. By the end of this experience I was very put off from renting a vehicle ever again let alone using this Enterprise location. I was so irritated that I didn't feel able to write my review for the last several month since this experience. Whoever this employee was that I dealt with during my rental doesn't seem to have the customer service skills to help a customer through a situation like that. Incredibly disappointing experienc

I returned the car to the rental return lot, dropped the keys in the overnight drop, and 5 days later the car is still not checked in. I haven't been charged yet, which is a problem because it was a business trip and I better be charged only for the time I had the car. I've tried calling the location, but no one answers and the message service cut me off. I've emailed Enterprise to ask for an invoice or to get any information and all they tell me is that the car is not checked in and that someone will get back to me. Super frustrating.
