Typical rental experience. Neither good nor bad. Short lines, but that is to be expected for such a small airport.

Rented a State College, PA Airport, returned to Pitman,NJ office.Agents at both locations friendly, helpful, and quick ! Car was clean and almost new. No problems, will use again next week for return trip.
