The State College Harbor Freight is the best HF I've ever shopped at. Kevin, the store manager, runs a tight ship. Service has always been excellent, staff is very knowledgeable, and the store is well-stocked and well-kept. Can't ask for more.

Went in for a drill,bits,and couple drivers picked up wd40 also, was in and out in a matter of minutes. Store is very neat and clean with shelves fully stocked with each level of product available. Helpful and courteous staff. I always shop here.

Good prices. Salesperson could have been a little more helpful since I was using a walker.
