“We had gotten our grandson a hover ball for Christmas there. They had it outside the other day and the wind took it, they were unable to find it. We came to your store yesterday in hopes of finding another one. I stopped one of your employees, I believe his name is Devon, and asked if you had any more. He told us to check the clearance in the lighting department. We did, but unfortunately there weren't any. As we were leaving that department he came up to us with 2 hover balls and said he had found them in another place. He went out of his way to help us make an 8 year old boy's day.
