The Beaver Ave branch is still temporarily closed, but I got a call back from Hertz and was able to rent a car from their airport branch. A little inconvenient since I had to take an Uber to the airport, but the car was fine.

New cars, none were clean. Representative said there wasn't a way to vacuum inside. Will need to ask for car cleaning ahead of time.
