“The closest rental was a 75 mile Uber ride. We needed a car very last minute and Hertz saved the day. We were fortunate they had options. And on top off that the customer service was excellent. They gave us options to help us solve our problem. The problem was we needed a car to go 750 miles west because our vehicle broke down.
The car smelled new, was spotless inside and out, and drove well. We did get a Toyota 4Runner. Mileage was good too at just over 21 gph.
We will have to make the 750 mile drive back, which was cheaper for a week than a one day one-way rental (understandably so).”

“Two experiences with this Enterprise location. Overall very satisfied. The first time, insurance was covering a rental while my vehicle was repaired. Enterprise had a limited selection available and gave me an upgrade, for free, for the duration of my rental (6ish weeks). Second encounter — we had an issue with cleanliness of the vehicle we rented and unfortunately did not realize this until we got home and the location was already closed. Upon calling the next day, staff gave excellent customer service, took accountability for the issue, and provided a partial refund for our inconvenience.
Will continue to patronize.”
