The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. With an online order they helped me when items were taking longer to arrive from their manufacturer than expected and helped redirect other items I had ordered to different addresses to help get the items get to me in time for the holidays.

One of my favorite stores in state college. Bustling with stuff this has a great selection of PSU items and clothes at great prices.
