State College KinderCare is an amazing and caring center. The directors and teachers are amazing, going above and beyond to make sure kids and parents feel safe, heard, welcome, and loved. They care deeply about the children, greeting them, engaging them with the curriculum, and addressing their different and changing needs. The team is supportive of varying needs, including special needs and behavioral issues, accommodating services and bringing in professionals for helpful observations. They take all concerns extremely seriously, addressing them immediately. Communication is excellent through the KinderCare app for pictures, updates, messages, and needed supplies, as well as emails and texts. Parents are always informed and get quick responses, enjoying updates and pictures that make them feel a part of their child's day. The infrastructure of communication is greatly appreciated. The teachers know each kid and parent well, hosting events for families and taking time to talk about each child's day. The center provides a safe, caring, and welcome environment. Families feel immense gratitude for the hard work of the staff, who offer priceless peace of mind. This is a place that truly loves and cares for children, and it comes highly recommended to anyone in search of childcare.
