I believe they are 55 and over apartments. Was in one once seems okay. I've heard a few tenants complain about water and minor structural issues. Mostly in the newer of the two buildings.

Terrible people with absolutely no respect. They will talk down on you like you were their kid even it is clear they are making a mistake and causing you inconvenience. Proceed with caution

This is the best place to live in State College for working professionals/graduates. We love calling this place home!The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The people are very kind, and the area is just incredibly safe.I wouldn't live anywhere else!
