They are welcoming and patient, providing kind attention to detail. The service is great and super reasonable, offered on a first come, first serve basis without appointments. The shop has a vast inventory and the employees are helpful with any cycling or fitness needs. They specialize in commuting, mountain biking, gravel/road cycling, BMX, triathlon, and cyclocross, and service all makes and models. Customers report an enjoyable and convenient experience with maintenance and drop-off. The shop runs a tight ship and makes people feel like valued customers, always finding time to assist with questions and issues. Many find it difficult to leave without purchasing something due to the excellent service and selection.
Welcoming atmosphere of friendly staff and interesting display of bicycles and accessories. They looked my bicycle over, understood my questions, and outlined a plan for repair and overhaul.
