“I recently went to Monro for my first-ever car service, and I had an outstanding experience. The service head, Ryan, was extremely professional and welcoming. He patiently inspected my car, explained what was wrong, and suggested the best plan for me. He was very considerate with the pricing and even negotiated to make sure I got the best value.
During the service, there were some issues with parts, but Ryan personally went around to different places to get what was needed so he could keep his promise and deliver on time. That level of dedication and customer care really stood out to me.

When I came back, the young man with long dark hair and a beard had been waiting for me AFTER HOURS because I was stupidly unaware of their Sunday schedule. “Took my truck in for what appeared to be a brake line issue/leak. Not wanting to chance anything Chris let me know it could be towed to the shop in State College. Throughout the day Chris was excellent with communication and updates. They looked everything over and test drove my vehicle to find that everything was OK. A/C drain line appears to be the source.
Chris gave me some additional insight into what I may be able to expect to have to get serviced in the future but in no way tried to upsell anything. Couldn’t have had a better, more honest experience. Go here and work with Chris and crew.
