About University Terrace Apartments

University Terrace Apartments is a welcoming community with a cozy suburban vibe, located an easy walk to campus, downtown State College, and Beaver Stadium. The staff is wonderful, unbelievably helpful, and nice. The apartments are modern, very spacious, and comfortable with several floor plans available, including furnished and unfurnished units from studios to multi-bedrooms. The pricing is reasonable and cheap for the amenities provided, which include a swimming pool, volleyball court, and no activity fees. Maintenance responds timely. The community offers a variety of student housing and is a great place to live.

    Has a pool. Fun way to meet more people. But my roommate had a stink bug invasion in her room when we lived here. Not a super clean place but not terrible.

    Great apartments, the staff here is very helpful. Also the maintenance staff is very responsive.

    Very welcoming community! Offered snacks and drinks during my tour. I had a few questions about pricing and the units but it was reasonable and a great place. Reina gave my tour and was really nice.
