“I found UDVH during my last year of grad school at Penn State and I wish I had found them sooner! I had an absolutely wonderful experience here and so did my cat. (cat photo below)
The front office is incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful every single time I contacted them. We never had any issues with scheduling, communication, or care (they even help me get set up with Centre County Paws for spaying my kitten).
Our vet, Dr. Lincoski, was wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and patient. I brought in my new Ragdoll kitten (after only ever having a very agreeable senior cat), so I was overly worried about every small thing she did or didn't do. Dr. Lincoski never made me feel silly for asking questions (even though I'm sure some of them probably were) and she took time to reassure me, explain things, and make me feel heard. Such a relief as an anxious pet parent to have a vet/staff who are not just knowledgable, but compassionate.
I can't recommend UDVH enough! If my cat did not get severely carsick, I'd honestly drive her 2 hours from Pittsburgh to keep seeing Dr. Lincoski and the UDVH staff.”

She enjoys going to the vet! and loves all she comes in contact with. This past year we experienced some health challenges and received exceptional care every step of the way. Recently, she had a severe allergic reaction and without hesitation the staff and Veterinarian jumped into action to help. They are deeply committed and caring and that means so much when your pet is your family.”
“Dr Kocher is very intense (and at times it’s intimidating) but she’s also very thorough and explains things in great detail which I find to be very admirable. Overall this place is good but my experiences have been mixed depending on the doctor. Recently I had a different doctor and I paid for a senior exam and it wasn’t clear that she examined anything (aside from doing her anal glands which was my main concern) yet I still paid for her senior wellness exam. Dr. Kocher usually explains in great detail about how the exam went. Today I was just left to assume everything was good without confirmation. It honestly felt like she forgot to do the exam but I was charged for it anyway.”
“I can’t say it enough. Dr. Cruden is fantastic. He’s easy to talk to and gave my bunny Frodo extra loving care the eight years of his life. He was so supportive and informative when he recently had to euthanize my dear companion. Marian & Frodo say, “Thanks So Much, Dr. Cruden!””
“I’m a widow with the last thing on her mind was cat adaption- until 1 was shoved into my arms on a bet.: I had nothing but her- we eyed each other- bonded -and the $ never entered my mind. We both went to doctors/period.
The cat hospital has adapted my needs , has honored Cleo as though she were a princess. 👑”

“My dog was showing signs of a UTI. They got me an appointment in a reasonable timeframe and the results showed it was in fact a UTI. Urine test, results, and receiving medication all went by fast and smooth. Definitely a high recommendation if they are able to see your pet depending on current clients and openings.”
