“Based on my recent delivery experience with EFW for my 75-inch television, I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. The entire process was seamless and efficient, from scheduling the delivery to the actual drop-off. The delivery team was punctual, arriving within the promised time window, and handled the large TV with great care, ensuring it was safely transported and set up in my home.
The communication throughout the process was excellent, with timely updates and clear instructions provided via email and text messages. The delivery personnel were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by EFW and would highly recommend them to friends and family for any delivery needs.”
“Very convenient location. Often busy, but customer service is efficient. Tried to up charge for additional packing on an Amazon return on this visit. One order shipped by Amazon consisting of the two boxes was returned. Bar code provided by Amazon produced one return label. Store personnel indicated an additional box and packaging would be required at a cost over $28. Eventually, agreed to tape the two original boxes together for return with the single return label. Should be better process coordination with UPS shipping and Anazon.”

“Very friendly service here. I’m here from out of town on business and stopped in to arrange to see if they can receive a delivery of my prescription refills delivered. The answer was “yes” for a 1 time fee of $10 and would need to pickup within 7-days. Very helpful!”

“Great experience with a residential freight delivery. I had a 600lb+ crate delivery and FedEx was very coordinated and helpful with the delivery process. They adjusted delivery time, called ahead on the day of with an ETA, and then helped me get it up the driveway into my garage. Excellent experience and highly appreciated.”

“These employees don't realize how much this interaction meant to me, but I feel so compelled to leave a positive review. I am moving from NH to NC by car. During the journey my car has developed some problems and I have unexpectedly spent hundreds in hotel and mechanic fees. I am completely out of cash and have a money order I have been trying to cash in every state from NH to PA. Nobody has had enough money to fulfill the money order. I first went to a location up the street and instead of turning me away, the lady behind the desk called this location to ask if they would have enough and they did. They helped me so efficiently and now I will be able to sleep in a hotel tonight instead of in my car in the cold. I am so grateful to these staff.”
“The worst I was hoping for has happened. I planned my moving and lot of other stuff based on this delivery and right on the day before the scheduled delivery, these guys postponed it. I had to cancel all my other plans at the very last minute just because of this.

“Shoutout to Steve at the Etters post office!!!
He really went above and beyond. Earlier this week my @littlesleepies CARS pajamas for Cole were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted USPS and LS. Within hours I heard back from both. Steve at the post office took ownership to get my package delievered to me asap. He went out to the property it was delievered to multipe times, left notes for the homeowners to contact him. The people never reached out to him and weren't answering the door. I thought we would just be out these jammies (I know, 1st world problems) but because of Steve's determination he finally got the homeowners to answer and provide the package that they opened and looked through ?. And he took it back to the office, packaged it back up and made sure it was hand delivered to my door next business day. Shoutout to LS for making it right as well. Good customer service all around!

“Went to pick up a box that only showed arrival, their Internet was down. But Jade put in the extra effort to go look for my box twice and found it after only 10 Minutes. Fantastic service she was very helpful and engaging. Couldn't ask for a better experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“This office is absolutely fantastic at what they do. I called about halting a package at the post office instead of having it delivered because I had to leave on a business trip before the mail would arrive. Not only were they able to track down and stop the package while it was in transit, which is a miracle in and of itself with how complicated our mailing infrastructure is, but they didn’t even charge me for it! I was expected a Package Intercept fee but because all I needed was it held, she gave me the package, I asked if there was a fee, the woman just smiled and said “no, have a great rest of your day!” And that was that. Definitely a 10/10 experience and hope others have similarly positive experiences.
Devun, or mailman for as long as I can remember, is also super friendly, very efficient at his job and always delivers on time, even with packages. Props to Devun for being a great guy!”

Clerk 9, the Egyptian fellow everyone seems to have a problem with, is especially helpful when I come in with an armful of packages and a mix of printed labels and QR codes. He double checks that the right things are getting their proper labels, which I appreciate.”
