“I couldn’t be more impressed with this repair shop from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional—they are absolute wizards with cars. After the repair, my vehicle warms up and reaches operating temperature faster than it ever did before. My car looks basically brand new since the crash and operates incredibly smoothly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was such an amazing extra touch—I’m honestly obsessed with the scent and would love to know what cleaning solution they used!
The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain the entire insurance process, including how they worked directly with my insurance company regarding the supplemental quote. They were also very transparent about what insurance would and wouldn’t cover (like not paying for a new battery) and kept me informed about when my car would be done. I especially loved their text messaging program that sent regular updates—it made everything so easy and stress-free.
My car was ready on the date they promised, and even better, it was finished just before closing so I could pick it up the same day. They also explained how they work alongside Enterprise, which allowed me to leave my rental there and drive my car home without worrying about finding rides or extra accommodations.

They were able to send it to their New Holland location (no extra cost) for the repairs we needed. They updated us via text about the progress and kept us informed. “I recently had to use Paul's auto body shop for a fender bender incident along with a hit & run that all occurred in less than a week of one another. I was given an estimate by the insurance adjuster. It did not include the damage from the hit n run but Paul's auto body did an amazing job.fixing everything. The only thing, I did have to call everyday for an update. I was quoted a two day turnaround time by the adjuster but I didn't get my car back for 5 days. I didn't ask for a rental car since I was off work those two days. This was my fault but I was getting a bit frustrated with the big delay. I was very happy with the results I've I did get my car back. I definitely works recommend this body shop to my family and friends. THANK YOU PAUL'S BODY SHOP FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB ?”

“These guys aren't your average bodyshop...let me tell you a little story...
Started a new job. Came back to the shop after the first day out and looked at the vehicle I purchased 2 months prior. Wanted one of these cars for 20 years after the first time I drove one. Thought I saw a shadow...looked again...the side of my vehicle was smashed. Guy backed a piece of equipment into the rear door and panel. Was recommended by a hot rod guy to talk to Brett and his team for their attention to detail. Got a few estimates and with their explanation down to the gaskets needed to restore my car to as near perfect as possible I knew this was the team to do the work. He was patient with me through the arbitration process needed to get everything in order...then I had a deer who couldn't wait for November and tried to end itself at the expense of the front of my vehicle. So between the first claim and second with two different parties to deal with these guys didn't just knock it out of the park...they crushed a Grand Slam. I got to take a tour of the shop after seeing their exquisite work on what was soul-crushing damage to a beloved car. After talking to them I found out that they are more than a bodyshop. These guys are about performance also. From welding frames to inhibit torque twisting launches to Whipple superchargers and engine builds...these guys have a solid passion and express it with artistic precision. I'll definitely be calling them for my performance upgrades on an import and a future MOPAR build I'm planning. Thank you guys and I'll be in touch sooner than later!!!”

He immediately helped me and tried to get some of the dent out so that I could use the door again.
He was successful and told me it would be ok to drive it across the state (where I was headed to).
