“I stopped in at the New Holland Auto Group Aug 18. I was interested in a used RAV4 Hybrid LE. I did not think any would be available. Tim Mimm showed me one on the lot, also a new Corolla Cross. After test-driving both, I said I would talk it over with my husband. We decided on the RAV4, came in on Saturday, and traded in my vehicle. “After purchasing my Honda Odyssey, I was having difficulty with the driver side door staying open. I contacted Omar and he had me bring the vehicle in and had his Tech look at it. I explained how at my age and the trouble I’m having with my legs, the last thing I needed was to have the door come closed on me. Within a week they had the part, and made the repair.
Upon contacting me to let me know it was ready, I was unable to go pick it up. They went above and beyond, and had it returned to my home in Temple. The Two young men who brought it back to me, were so kind and polite. I truly was impressed. A great experience from sale to service.

I love the way you just look around and scan the cars without a salesman presence so you can narrow down what you want before taking it to the next level. Once I found what I wanted I sat down with Brad (big shot out!). I got the car at a great deal! They offer a 2 month warranty. But even so if anything is wrong they are happy to make it right for you even after your purchase (shot out to Blake!). The car feels like it just rolled out of the factory.
