“I called the branch today to see if it was possible to change from one type of checking to another. It's quite a drive to my nearest branch, so I was trying to avoid wasting half a day driving, then waiting to update accounts. Steve, a banker at the branch, took my call, understood the situation, and made the requested changes right over the phone. You just won't see that type of excellent service these days with other banks. I've never had a problem with the people at this branch. They are wonderful to work with.”

“Love this bank and the boots-on-the-ground employees I interact with. Love that it is still a local bank. Online banking has made a big improvement. One recent issue is the new maroon color scheme on the cards. I absolutely cannot see my account number now. I had to pay $5 for a new card with silver numbers. Whoever designed the card absolutely did not think about older eyes. A shame.”
