“After my old go-to shop closed down, I had to put my beloved 20th AE GTI into the hands of someone else. I reached out to Bryan & One Love Auto Group and i'm so glad I did. I threw a ton of different parts & ideas at them and they knocked it out beyond expectation. I even asked for their suggestion and opinion on a few topics and they had the right answer for each one of them. They refreshed my entire suspension and did multiple upgrades for me. My car rides smoother than it ever has & i'm in love with my 20th all over again. If you own a mk4, don't bring your car anywhere but One Love Auto. “I made an appointment for my car via their online scheduling. It was super easy and I received a phone call the next day to discuss details of my issues. The gentleman was very kind and upfront about costs for diagnostics and if these issues would fall under the warranty. We were told the part needed would be in the next day and they’d call us when it was ready for pick-up. We were able to pick it up the same day as the part came in which was great. When I walked in to get my car the woman at the desk was so sweet, quick and efficient. The whole pick-up process took 5 minutes and I left with my cars issues resolved. No car issue is fun but they made the process quick and easy by being so communicative and kind. We would definitely go back (hopefully we won’t need to though!).”
“Jen was very responsive when I first submitted an inquiry on a new Chevy Bolt EUV, and made the time for me to come to the dealership the same day (on a Saturday afternoon), which was greatly appreciated. Jen was super nice and very easy to work with. We were able to work up a deal and contracts pretty quickly, and I was very happy that I was able to take the car home with me that same evening! I also appreciated the staff's knowledge of electric vehicles and the various incentives/programs for buying an EV.”
“The guy that was in the parking lot changing a battery is a good representation of what customer service is. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. It wasn't the guy that rang me out. I was in a hurry to get down to my daughter who ran out of gas on the 17th. Cold as heck outside. I needed a gas can. I was ready to head out back down the road because I didn't see one, he stopped me on the way out and asked if I needed help while he was still helping the other customer in the parking lot and pointed me to the gas cans. The other staff member, whom I didn't even notice, rang me out. Either way, advance is usually my choice compared to awful zone.”

Superior Collision and M&H Transmission are the best. Matt that runs the place is always so kind and helpful.I got my car inspected today and I didn’t leave any paperwork, like you’re supposed to. I forget every time. Does he get mad or just say get it when you can move to someone else? No, he stayed with me on the phone while I texted and emailed the 2 different documents you need. “I have taken my scrap metal, and catalytic converters, and ect. to a couple different places in the area. Not only do they give great fair prices here, but these guys give all around great service. Give great info, always upfront and honest. And again great prices to top it off. After dealing with pretty much everyone else in a 50 mile radius. These guys are the best and i will go here every time. Only down side is. You have to call in advance to see if they are gonna be there. But worth the wait.”

“****Read this review****10 out of 5 Stars! John and his staff went above and beyond! I came in to get a new battery as my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was becoming hard to start. The battery had literally died in the parking lot. John helped me remove the old battery (located under the passenger side front seat (Why Jeep?)). After I replaced the battery, he let me wash my hands and even gave me a Sloppy Joe sandwich and a bag of chips that he had in the break room! 1st time customer turned customer for life!”

“Trust. this. place. They have done work on my boyfriends car before so I called up in a pinch and they were extremely helpful. Totally took care of me and hooked me up. As a young woman, I'm still sometimes learning where to go for certain things and who to trust to not take advantage when it comes to cost. Ott's does not take advantage of you and is such a nice, warm family place. They also have a sweet dog to greet you as an added bonus :) I'll absolutely be returning to Ott's when in need!!”
