This is an update to my original post. My car recently needed an urgent repair, and Will made it a point to squeeze me in Saturday, which was a holiday weekend. He took care of the problem and didn’t even charge me because he said it was a minor repair. I was also going to have an oil change, but he reminded me that my car was not due for one yet. I cannot say enough about his honesty and integrity!”

No one else would squeeze me in, but Dave made it happen. I am super grateful for his kindness. I was able to get my car back and get my child to the doctor to get her some antibiotics for her ear infection. These guys are AMAZING! They truly care about their customers!”

“I can' t rave enough about Greg and his shop. They always find a way to make room to get me in. Greg always goes above and beyond. He does not bullshit you and is honest. He really does his best to keep costs affordable without compromising his work. I send my son there as well. I was really stressed out about my car trouble amd the costs but Greg did his magic (as usual) and even remedied a couple things that was above what I initially could invest in just out of kindness. He runs a great shop. I recommend him for all your vehicle needs (or toubles). He and his team (the main guy under him is also honest and a great guy) will take care of you. By far the best garage in pottstown and the best prices.”

“My tire split/blew out just down the road from J&H. I'm not familiar with the area (I'm a social worker and was coming from a client's house), but I was able to drive the short distance to J&H. Josh came out quickly, put on my spare, explained what had happened to my tire, advised me on what kind to buy next, and reassured me that I'd be okay driving home on the spare. He didn’t charge me, and when I tried to give him cash to thank him, he wouldn’t accept it.

“We have been using this service for some time. Now Steve is at the helm and he continues the great tradition. I guess there are a lot of good mechanics out there, but what I found with Dave Kanaskie and his people is that they tell you the truth. They are always honest and they offer less expensive options. I have had undesirable experiences elsewhere. I was waiting to check in once and I heard the desk clerk explain to a customer that she didn't need the expensive work she was asking for. Now that is something to be excited about. I feel comfortable working with them and I would not use anyone else.”

They found then issue to be with the torque converter and even though they were unable to help they were very helping in recommending a local transmission shop. “Keith is a very reasonable guy. Does everything by the book. I got my inspection done and he found some issues that needed fixing. Mostly major rust. The price for labor wasn't bad considering the price of things like groceries.
I highly recommend taking your car there for inspections, you will get a real inspection done and leave with a better car because of it.”
