“They are good only to their customers & they don't seem to want to keep them. I was charged $5 for cashing a check from one of their customers. Previously, I went into bank with one of their customers & tried to ask to use the bathroom. Tried, because I didn't even get the sentence out, when the manager very rudely told me they didn't have one. Obviously, Fulton bank has enough customers because they're very rude to non customers. Way to go Manager at Fulton bank in Leola.Only bank around here that charged $5. Now their customers are annoyed. Good job!”

They had been bought out by this now large Bank that made her feel like she is just a # to them. So I called my contact at Traditions on Oregon Pike Lancaster to discussed how they would handle this situation. We ended up moving her to Traditions Bank as everyone there was warm and welcoming.
