“Mike Keller and his staff was a life saver to my husband and me. After living 48 years in our house, we were able to get into Brethren Village. My husband had just gotten out of hospital and it was left with me to do most of the work to down-size my house. We did call and realtor, and they came out to house and basically told us even though we had a whole house generator, and the past year had new downspouts, A/C unit, and Anderson windows in part of the house, because of the condition of the inside of house, it was only worth low $200,000.
Mike Keller group had help my Aunt sale her house, and personal goods. I was aware of the money he was able to get for her house.
I called him. He came out and talked to my husband and me. Instead of giving me a low price for house, he talk to us about just doing some basic cosmetic repairs to house we could get more more money. Mike assisted us in hiring a handyman, who came out and did cosmetic repairs to the house. He sent his staff out to house, and they took me under their wing and helped me focus on one area at a time instead of looking at a house full of memories. They help my family and John and me get our stuff organized.
Because of my husband's health issues, he assisted us with all the paperwork, made sure we understand all the documents and personally delivered to the right people. He went to settlement for us, personally hand delivered checks from the auction and settlement directly to us.
Because of all of the assistance, practical suggests, and guidance from Mike, Renee, and his staff's help we made more than $75,000 on the sale of our house and personal goods.
Without their assistance, I am not sure I would have survived to not only to have extra for our golden years or enjoy our apartment at Brethren Village.
Also, grateful for Mike sending Ben from 5th Brother Creation to assist us in make repairs to house and working with Mike and us with reasonable suggestions to improve the value of property.
I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. Their team work, assisting in relieving my work load, keeping us informed every step of the selling and auction process, proving us with a schedule, and answering all my questions, and patience with all my panick phone calls.
We could not have done all this in 3 months and able to meet our April 10th deadline to keep our apartment at Brethren Village.
