Are you kidding with these prices!! $300.00 A month for internet and tv!!! The prices are ridiculous. Blueridge has the worst prices! Go with a streaming service or dish tv. Your bill will be half the price of blue ridge

Internet is pure garbage and so is their customer support. Update 12/17/23 I just had a problem with my wireless Internet and tech support was fantastic they have earned the five starts with fantastic costumes support.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. No long lines/wait time. Went to pick up new equipment; everything was explained in a very understandable manner; retrieved new equipment, and walked out the door.

Cable: I am so happy I switched my cable to DirecTV, it has been fantastic and I am saving money and getting more channels and more reliable and friendlier service. My bills used to have sneaky added charges that they would not remove. One was for watching a movie is Spanish! No one in this household speaks Spanish or even knows how to get a movie! Nasty customer service didn't care and would not remove the charges. Very dishonest practices!! Make sure you carefully read your bill every month!Internet: Bad Internet service, slows down to a crawl everyday mid afternoon and I have the fastest they offer. Every year they raise the price without improving anything so you are paying more for the same old bad service. I am just waiting for FIOS to get to our area so I can be rid of Blue Ridge completely.

I came here to pick up equipment and was pleasantly surprised. A short line and relatively quick in and out. Service was as fast as they could be and friendly. I had called Customer Service ahead of time but that did not help. The service representative entered my order incorrectly. This required the representative on site to have to do my order over while I waited. Oh well.

Fun on the wires, can we say saftey hazard? My 5 foot wife can touch wires, asked Blue Ridge to fix, they canceled workorder without calling as I waited for them to come after taking off of work. Customer Service does not have a contact number for the construction team to fix and can't get an answer.Thank you for coming out to fix, greatly appreciated

Every year the price goes up at least $20. I’m up to $283+ right now!! They must be charging more to make up for all of the customers that got rid of them because of the high prices! No reason to charge that much!!! We’re stuck because they’re the only cable provider in the area. I’ve had DirectTV before and had nothing but spotty coverage. We’re at their mercy!!!

This afternoon I picked up a mini box to replace broken box…took it home hooked it up screen says call to activate. I did get a person on phone she tried and could not get it to work. They switched me a tech service on phone. She was very patient listened to me and then asked me to get numbers from other boxes… without going into details she was waiting for a manager to finalize the fix.. we chatted the whole time about family and different things just like we were friends forever. I’m sorry that I forgot her name but the number on phone says she is in Troy..Find her and give her a raise.. she deserves itWayne EcenbargerEast Stroudsburg PA
