I love the crew at ESSA Bank on Main Street Stroudsburg. They are the epitome of "community banking" and make it a joy to go in person (or through the drive-thru) to do my banking.

The "personal approach" is paramount at ESSA. I love the people who work at the Stroudsburg, Palmer and Bath branches. Always friendly, extremely helpful, and pleasant. I've been banking with them for 35 years !!!

The world's most inconvenient bank. They are in the stone age technology-wise, they nickel and dime you and the customer service is just awful. Go elsewhere!
