I have been using Locktyte self storage (Cubesmart) for many years now. I always appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the location it's in. Clarissa is very good at her job and always offers the best customer service, finding out any information I request and addressing any concerns I have.

First day trying to access my storage and access number is rejected. No one in the office during regular office hours.

Chestnuthill Storage was great to deal with. Very pleasant employees. This is my first time having a storage unit and they were more than happy to answer all my questions, and walk me through the process step by step. Very happy with my choice to go with them. They didn’t try to sell me a bigger unit just to get a higher fee from me. I really appreciated that.

Whole experience was unorganized and unprofessional. I paid for a unit in which I was sent a ridiculous map to an area that was numbered. Called numerous times and finally spoke with a third party guiding me to a unit. I get a call the following day, the unit the rep guided me to was incorrect. The rep that is local refused to work with me so I had to get my movers back to remove items then to another unit. I had to drive to sign a new contract to obtain a passcode and unit. The rep in house gave me the wrong code & unit # AGAIN! I had to pay movers TWICE and they took absolutely no accountability. NOTHING. If I had a backup I would NEVER store my items there. They are disorganized and take ZERO responsibility. Do not recommend, at all! Zero stars if I could since I am out $800

I could not access my unit with the access code given. I have all of my things that need to go in storage and my movers with me but no access. Super disappointing. Now its going to cost me for additional moving truck days and helpers. I would like to update my post and thank a lock tyte/cube smart customer service woman by the name of DD for getting me into my unit on a Sunday. It all worked out , Thank God.

Easy to contact customer service if needed, low prices, and the special touch of the new customer package I received when I first rented my unit! Amazing experience!
