“March 13th: Once again, our oxygenator was giving an error message. We put a call into Adapter Health and serviceman Drew was on his way and arrived within an hour with a new device. Drew was very kind and helpful. Got us all set up very quickly. But took extra time to double check the oxygen output and gave us new hoses. Made our Friday the 13th much less scary than it could have been. Very pleased with Adapt Health.
Feb. 22nd: Our old oxygenator ceased operation just as the February 22nd blizzard was kicking in. But great technician Dave Dempsey braved the storm to deliver and install a new oxygenator. He also provided replacement hoses and cannulas. It was excellent service and Dave was extremely helpful.”
