“The technician that delivered the equipment for my sleep study was polite, professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and clearly showed me how to operate the device. He called ahead before his arrival and arrived on time. I would have given 5 stars, except that he did not return the next day when he said. I stayed home all day and no phone call. He did call in advance the following day (2 days after my sleep study) to pick up the device. He was lucky that I was home as I had other errands to run that day.”
