I was reading these comments and they are ridiculous, We mostly deal with paul, We call him and we tell him to pay are bill with the card on file, No problems, My mom died, and we actually forgot to call and pay and We were, I think 2 weeks late , and he was really understanding ,and said he saw something in the in the paper with are names in it (mom's obituary)and was completely understanding, They are really good people So dont believe everything u hear ........Robert & Connie Hartley”
“I could not access my unit with the access code given. I have all of my things that need to go in storage and my movers with me but no access. Super disappointing. Now its going to cost me for additional moving truck days and helpers. I would like to update my post and thank a lock tyte/cube smart customer service woman by the name of DD for getting me into my unit on a Sunday. It all worked out , Thank God.”
