Easy, straight forward and good helping out customers that may not have extensive knowledge about cars or know the exact definition and will help confirm the correct part for your vehicle. So don't feel intimidated. I was given the option to pick the part myself or have the it picked by the mechanic. I was pressed for time so option B was really convenient. Paid a 1/4 of the price of the aftermart. Clean it up and looked brand new. (OEM). Only been to three or four pick and pulls and Joe's was the cleanest, most organized yard I've ever seen. These guys deserve 5 more stars. Definitely try your local pick and pull before going straight for the brand new parts. I understand it's unavoidable some times but most of the time you're getting OEM parts for super cheap and keeping the landfills from overflowing.”
