“Excellent customer service, absolutely top notch. I have a Queen Anne style cherry wood poster bed that I purchased over 20 years ago that I needed new side rails for. I contacted the manufacturer and they no longer make hook on rails. Luckily I found Colonial Furniture, they replied to my initial inquiry the same day and sent me schematics that I was able to print off to ensure the rails and hook would fit. They are very through in making sure you get the right product and have a variety of woods and finishes to choose from. They even called me and I was able to place my order over the phone and go over everything I need, I ended up ordering slats well.”

Our associate Jim was very helpful and instrumental in helping us choose the correct bed for our needs. We were told it could take up to 3 weeks to come in, but it came in just a little over a week. They were also very accommodating in picking a delivery schedule that worked for both parties. All in all, this was an excellent experience. “Had to return an item as it was a set that was supposed to be tea, coffee, and sugar canisters but it had two sugar and no coffee. Had purchased it online as a gift for someone. It was only available online and would take a few days to ship but unfortunately I didn’t realize the defect until the day before the party. However, I was able to purchase another item off the registry for pickup at the store and return the defective item quickly and easily. Used the Target app on my phone for both purchases so I didn’t need to look for receipts in emails or have printed copies.”
